EPBF Championship Women's 2012

6 European nations fought for the title of European Women`s Champions in Bitburg, Germany on 26th of May 2012. It was twice bigger then last year!

Spectators showed their readiness to support their teams even before the competition began, by filling out the grandstands in front of the CPL field. The Championship trophy and medals were placed on the field, in front of the grandstands and all the teams lined up, so that spectators could see all the participants and the prize that they had to fight for.

Upon announcement of each team, they stepped forward for their national anthem. These anthems led to great support from crowds, with supporters singing along and waving their national flags! E ach team was showered with screams and applause from the strong, packed crowd!

The grandstands were completely packed with spectators throughout all the tournament, right up untill the very last game. Spectators were very emotional, supporting their teams through every point. Togehter with their teams, they enjoyed every victory and felt for every point lost .

We would like to congratulate all the participants, the National Teams and all the National Federations that were involved in the organization. Thanks must go to the Euroref guys for all their hard work, and those who helped to produce the very best paintball atmospheres .......... THE SPECTATORS!

The European 2012 Champion - French Women National team

Second place - Russian Women National team

Third place - German Women National team

Forth place - Polish Women National team

Fifth place - Austrian Women National team

Sixth place - Great Britain Women National team

...

But this is only the beginning!

Participating conditions:

EPBF-affiliated National Federations:
- event registration fee - 300 EUR;
- teams should order jerseys from Maxsimum company, the special price was set to €35 per item for the amount up to 12 jerseys.

Non-affiliated National Federations:
- event registration fee - 750 EUR;
- teams should order jerseys from Maxsimum company, the special price was set to €35 per item for the amount up to 12 jerseys.

Events regulations:

Participants: Women national teams only, consisting of players from that nationality, but from different club teams. No age limit.
Teams limit: 8 teams.
Format: Race to 4.
Roster: 12 players (only 10 per game allowed).

Qualification system:

Special conditions for National teams jerseys

All the jerseys in 2012 must be numbered with the squad numbers. Numbers must be placed on the back (large size) and on the sleeve (small size). The official jerseys template will be represented later.

National Federations can decide to print players names on the jerseys as well, but only if it corresponds with official jerseys template.

Teams are responsible for contacting with Maximum directly about jerseys producing. If any team does not like the jersey design offered by Maximum, they can ask about small design changes, but not about total changes.

If any National Federation wants to buy some national team jerseys extras, they should contact Maximum directly about the price.
